SupportDataLoad Classic is free but there isn't any user support for the product. Conversely, the DataLoad Professional package provides unlimited support calls. Through this service we support all aspects of using DataLoad, from helping you create your first load to diagnosing why complex loads will not run. If you require support for DataLoad please upgrade to DataLoad Professional. There is also a large amount of support information on this web site. Please use the resources listed in the menu on the left to help you use DataLoad better and fix any problems.
