Selecting Spreadsheet Cells

Cells can be selected with either the mouse or the keyboard.

Using the mouse, hold down the left button and drag the mouse over the cells that should be selected. To select entire rows or columns click on the grey cell at the start of the row or column to be selected. To select the entire grid click on the grey cell where the initial grey row and column intersect. Whole rows, columns or the entire grid can also be selected using the functions accessible from the Edit menu or by clicking the right mouse button within a spreadsheet.

To select cells using the keyboard, navigate through the cells using the arrow keys while holding down the shift key. The selection can also be altered by pressing the Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down keys while the shift key is down.
