I am interested in knowing if anyone has used or knows of someone who has/is using Dataload with Epicor eBackoffice.
I would like to discuss the process with that person.
Thanks,

I haven't used Dataload with Epicor eBackoffice, but I have used it with Word and Excel as well as with several web applications. As long as they behave in a predictable and consistent manner, DataLoad will normally work with them.
If you would like to let me know what your question / problem is, I will do my best to help you.

DataLoad will work with any application accessible from a Windows PC and is used with a wide range of systems other than Oracle eBusiness Suite. For example, we know of people who have used DataLoad with SAP, JD Edwards, Sage and various other package and bespoke systems.

Does Dataload support drag and drop or picklists? There are Windows applications consisting of 2 panes where one picks from the list on the left and drags the item to the pane on the right. I've used Dataload a lot for Oracle Apps 11i but I'm sure I can use its macro capabilities for other applications as well

No, you can't configure a macro load to drag and drop. You can control all the keybaord keys and click with the mouse, etc, but not hold down a mouse button and drag the mouse.
