Using Dataload with Citrix. Has worked in past on 4.6 version and 5.0 version, but now Citrix acts like each keypunch is an error. (beeping although accepting data.) Also will not allow use of "&" character in keystrokes when it used to. How can these issues be resolved?

Connie,

We changed the default way keystrokes are sent in V5.1 in order to better support more of the world's languages but this may be causing the Citrix issue. You can revert to the old keystroke method so please try that to determine if this is the issue. To use the old keystroke method please open the DataLoad options window (Tools -> Options), click on the Macro Loads tab and ensure "Legacy DataLoad keystroke mode" is checked. Click "OK" and re-test your load. Please let me know what happens when you make this change.

I was going crazy listening to the beeps- Confused

-did not know when there was a real error. Should that also fix the "&"?

That is good news. It should fix all the issues because enabling that option makes DataLoad revert to the same code as was used pre-V5.1.
